Become a Volunteer

Meeting of Mazdas is organized by a small team of volunteers who simply love bringing the Mazda community together. Every helping hand makes a big difference in running this event smoothly, and we’d love to have you join us.

Volunteer duties are very simple and still allow you plenty of time to enjoy the event!

Typical day-of-event volunteering includes:

Welcoming attendees at registration
Parking coordination and directing vehicles
Helping grill & serve lunch during the BBQ

Most volunteers are needed:

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM for registration and parking coordination
12:00 PM to help with the BBQ

The more volunteers we have, the more we can space our time needed. Between these times, you’re free to relax, enjoy the event, check out the cars, and spend time with the community.

Volunteer Perks

As a thank-you for your help, every volunteer receives a free official Meeting of Mazdas event t-shirt.

If you’re volunteering, no need to purchase a shirt during registration (unless you want an extra for the fam/friends). We’ll grab your name and size beforehand and have one ready for you upon arrival at the event.
